  • How do I check in?

    Checking in to our property is hassle-free and convenient. Simply reach out to the property manager, whose cell phone number will be provided at the time of booking, 30 minutes prior to your arrival. They will promptly provide you with the access code, which will grant you entry upon arrival. For further guidance, a comprehensive list of detailed instructions will be emailed to you during the week leading up to your stay, ensuring a smooth and seamless check-in experience. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities.

  • What are the house rules?

    Check-in is after 4pm and each guest must check-out before 10am. Please keep in mind this is a family friendly rental that allows a maximum of 6 guests. We do allow well trained dogs. No parties of any kind will be permitted on the property. No smoking is allowed, even on the balcony. Failure to comply will result in an added fee.

  • Where do we park?

    Parking is a 2 car maximum, $35 + taxes per car per visit. You must obtain a permit from the front desk upon check-in and display this permit at all times.

  • Where is this rental located?

    Oceans Nine Galveston is located in the high-rise development, located west of Seawall Blvd in Galveston, Texas. Our unit is ocean facing on the 9th floor, with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo features several amenities that are available to use at your leisure. These ammenities include a swimming pool, tennis court, recreation room, dog park, on-site laundry, and more!

  • Do you allow pets?

    Absolutely! There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee per stay. We love our furry friends but allow dogs only. If you need a pet sitter, we can recommend a few in the area.

  • How do we book?

  • Whats Included

    We provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags for your convenience, as well as linens. Our condominium provides a convenient service for garbage pick up right at the door. Simply put the plastic bag outside the door and they pick up at 11am and 4pm daily.

    There are two gas stations located directly behind the condo (walking distance) where you can get bagged ice for drinks.

    We also provide a Brita Water pitcher in the fridge for you to use at your convenience.

  • Other Info

    Galveston has an abundance of wildlife to enjoy and appreciate. Things to be aware of as well. We do have coyotes that will wander along the beach. They are generally harmless if you leave them alone and do not approach them.
